Upgrade to Australia Post Express post for AUD $15.95

Orders over AUD $99.00 are free standard shipping Australia wide only

We are shipping Internationally to some countries, including New Zealand, Europe, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Please contact us if your country is not listed.

Exchanges can be made for different sizing within 7 days of receiving your products. They must be returned in unused, original condition & all dog hair must be removed from returned products. Please email and arrange returns prior to sending.

We do not accept products that have been marked return to sender.

Please contact us to arrange return postage, as it is not covered by us in some cases.

For faulty or damaged items please email us and we will assist you. 

Please return a faulty item for a refund or replacement, after making arrangements with us.
